According to recent research we can find the effects of visiting a psychologist, using a corporal cream or reduce our pain in ourselves, in our smile. The smile capacity is in the most developed region of our brain, where creativity lies, the capacity of thinking about the future and the ethics. When we smile our body produces endorphins which are very similar to the morphine and can soothe the pain, send messages in order to fight viruses and bacteria and help to find a mental balance. So learning to smile is more important than it seems.
